Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after the order has been placed.  After this time period fees will apply.  Cancellation requests can be made via email.

Due to the fact that all orders are custom made all sales will be final

Store Policy

​

Our items are made from wood.  Due to this factor please note that every piece will vary in appearance.  Wood varies in knots, imperfections and grain.  Please note that I cannot control the "graininess" of my stained signs.  Some pieces will have small variations while others will have a lot.

Each custom order comes with a mockup.  Please note colours may vary depending on what screen they are being viewed on and are not an exact match.

Each sign (excluding the rainbow minis) come with hanging hardware.  Please note that the hardware does not come attached.  The buyer is responsible for proper hanging of signs and is not responsible for faulty installation.

Sign Turnaround times are approximately 6-8 weeks, as everything is batch cut by hand, please check your listing for individual turnaround times.

Shipping Policy

​

Please note, Pine Grove Design Co is not responsible for shipping times.  Times will vary due to location, weather etc.  There will be no refund due to slow shipping transit.  For international orders shipping may take up to 20 business days.  Pine Grove is not responsible or in control of packages being held or delayed in customs.  If a package does not arrive due to being damaged or lost in transit Pine Grove will remake your order and cover the shipping on the remade item.  Custom sign orders that are lost or delayed in transit will not be refunded due to their custom nature, but will in fact be remade for you instead with a turnaround of 72 hours.
